These terms set out the conditions for using ByeNow (“the service”). By creating a sale, you agree to them. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

1. About the service

• The service lets individuals create a page for a sale of their own belongings — when moving abroad or moving home, for example — to pass them on to people they know. It is run by an individual.
• The service only provides the page and is not a party to any sale. There is no payment on the site.
• There are no accounts. Each sale is managed with its own URL and password.

2. Prohibited content

You may not list the following items or content:

• Weapons (firearms, replica guns, air guns, bladed weapons, ammunition, etc.)
• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, and medicines such as prescription drugs
• Counterfeit, copied or pirated goods
• Adult content
• Fraudulent or deceptive content (requests for advance payment or bank details, suspicious links, etc.)
• Content unrelated to a sale of personal belongings (business advertising or promotion, unrelated images or links, using the service to host images, etc.)
• Discriminatory or violent content, content that infringes others' rights, and other people's personal information
• Anything else that breaks the law

3. Automatic checks and suspension

• Listings (titles, descriptions, photos, etc.) are checked automatically by AI (Google's Gemini) for prohibited content. If a possible problem is found, the sale is temporarily hidden. Once you fix the content, it is checked again automatically.
• The operator may suspend or delete, without notice, any sale it considers to contain prohibited content.
• Automatic checks are not perfect. A sale being public does not mean its content is lawful.

4. Limits and how long sales are kept

• Each sale can have up to 100 items, and each item up to 5 photos.
• A sale is deleted automatically, photos included, 90 days after its admin page was last used. Sellers can delete their sale themselves at any time.
• Photo uploads may be limited temporarily depending on how the service is running.
• AI (Google's Gemini) description drafts and model number lookups can be used a limited number of times per sale each day, and may be unavailable temporarily depending on how the service is running.

5. Passwords

• Passwords cannot be reissued. Sellers are responsible for keeping their password and admin page URL safe.
• If you forget your password, the operator cannot give you access to the admin page either.

6. Transactions

• The condition and price of items, handover and payment are matters between the seller and the buyer.
• The operator is not responsible for any dispute arising from a transaction.

7. Disclaimer

• The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee its accuracy, availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
• The service may be changed, suspended or ended without notice, and data may be lost as a result.
• Automatic translations may not be accurate. The original text written by the seller prevails.
• AI description drafts and model number lookups may not be accurate. Sellers should check them before publishing, and are responsible for what they publish.
• To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

8. Personal information

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed when necessary. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.

この利用規約は、ByeNow（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。セールを作成した時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。

1. 本サービスについて

• 本サービスは、帰国・引っ越しなどの際に、個人が自分の持ち物を知人などに譲るためのセールのページを作れるサービスです。個人が運営しています。
• 本サービスはページを提供するだけで、売買の当事者にはなりません。サイト内での決済はありません。
• アカウントはなく、セールごとの URL とパスワードで管理します。

2. 禁止事項

次の物・内容の掲載を禁止します。

• 武器（銃・模造銃・エアガン、刃物の武器、弾薬など）
• 違法な薬物やその道具、処方薬などの医薬品
• 偽ブランド品・コピー品・海賊版
• 成人向けの内容
• 詐欺やだましにあたる内容（前払いの要求、口座情報の要求、不審なリンクなど）
• 個人の持ち物のセールと関係のない内容（事業の宣伝・広告、関係のない画像・リンク、画像の置き場としての利用など）
• 差別的・暴力的な内容、他人の権利を侵害する内容、他人の個人情報
• その他、法令に違反する物・内容

3. 自動の確認と公開の停止

• 掲載内容（タイトル・説明文・写真など）は、禁止事項にあたらないかを AI（Google の Gemini）で自動的に確認します。問題の可能性があると判断した場合、セールの公開を一時停止します。内容を直すと、自動で確認し直します。
• 運営者は、禁止事項にあたると判断したセールを、予告なく停止・削除することがあります。
• 自動の確認は完全ではありません。公開されていることが、内容の適法性を保証するものではありません。

4. 出品の上限と保存期間

• 1 つのセールにつきアイテムは 100 件まで、1 件につき写真は 5 枚までです。
• 最後に管理画面を使ってから 90 日が経ったセールは、写真も含めて自動で削除されます。出品者はいつでも自分で削除できます。
• サービスの運用状況により、写真のアップロードを一時的に制限することがあります。
• AI（Google の Gemini）による説明文の下書きと型番の検索は、1 つのセールにつき 1 日に使える回数に上限があります。サービスの運用状況により、一時的に使えないことがあります。

5. パスワード

• パスワードは再発行できません。管理画面の URL とあわせて、出品者の責任で管理してください。
• パスワードを忘れた場合、運営者も管理画面に入る手段を提供できません。

6. 取引について

• 品物の状態・価格・受け渡し・代金のやり取りは、出品者と購入者の間で行ってください。
• 取引に関するトラブルについて、運営者は責任を負いません。

7. 免責

• 本サービスは現状のまま提供します。内容の正確性、継続性、特定の目的への適合性を保証しません。
• 本サービスは、予告なく変更・停止・終了することがあります。その際、データが失われることがあります。
• 自動翻訳の内容は正確とは限りません。出品者が書いた原文が優先します。
• AI による説明文の下書きや型番の検索の結果は、正確とは限りません。出品者が内容を確かめてから掲載してください。掲載した内容の責任は出品者にあります。
• 本サービスの利用によって生じた損害について、運営者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

個人情報の扱いは プライバシーポリシー のとおりです。

9. 規約の変更

この規約は必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から適用します。
